Who I am

Scallira is the trading name of Nikola Krstin, Novi Sad, Serbia. You can reach me at nikola@scallira.com. I am the person who decides what happens to anything collected here.

What the form collects

If you fill in the form on this site, I collect your name, your email address, your phone number, your trade, roughly how many jobs you do a month, roughly what one job is worth, and whether you are running ads at the moment. I also record the address of the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.

I collect it so that I can reply to you and work out whether what I do would suit your business. I do not sell it. I do not pass it to anyone to market to you. It is stored in my own systems and in my email.

If you close the form half way through

The form keeps your answers inside your own browser while you are filling it in, so that closing it by accident does not make you type everything again. That copy never leaves your computer, it is only in the tab you had open, and it disappears when you close that tab or when you press Send. If you want it gone sooner, close the tab.

Meta Pixel

This site can run the Meta Pixel, which is a small piece of code from Facebook. It tells me how many people arrive and which ad they came from, and it lets me show ads to people who visited but did not get in touch. It uses cookies.

There is no cookie banner on this site. The pixel switches on when the page loads. If you do not want it, you can block it in your browser settings, or use the tools inside your own Facebook account under Settings, then Ads.

How long I keep it

Enquiries stay in my email and in my records for as long as there is a reason to keep them, which usually means while we are talking and for a while after. If you ask me to delete yours, I delete it.

Your choices

Email me at nikola@scallira.com and ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. I will do it, and I will not ask you why.

Other sites

Some links on this site go to other people's websites, such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram. Once you are there you are on their site and under their rules, not mine.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
