One company per trade in each area

More sales from Facebook and Instagram ads.

I run ads for contractors. People have stopped to watch my videos 168 million times. I make your ads the same way, from photos of your own jobs. Every lead reaches your phone in seconds.

How it goes

How it works, in three steps.

1

You send me photos you already have

Pictures and videos from jobs you finished. Most of the time that is enough to start. If we do need something new, I write the script for you. Then you film about two hours on your phone. You can spread it over the whole month.

2

I make the ads and I run them

Every idea, every picture, every video, every line of writing, and the ad account itself. I am in that account every day. You never open Ads Manager.

3

People reach you already sorted

They go straight to whoever picks up the phone. Their answers from the form sit next to their name. So you know what they want before you call. It comes to your phone right away. And the customer already has an email that says you will call.

One result, whole

What five weeks of ads did for a turf installer in Arizona.

$2,000Ad money he spent, over five weeks.
60People who asked him for a price.
$33.33What each of those people cost him.
$27,400Signed work out the other end.

How fast it went

Day 1The first lead came in.
Day 12The first estimate was booked. The customer cancelled it.
Day 19The first estimate was held.
Day 22The first job was sold.

Here is all of it, with nothing taken out. He spent $2,000 with Meta. 60 people asked him for a price. That is $33.33 each. 13 of them booked an estimate. 3 of those estimates never happened. 10 did. 3 people signed. Those three jobs came to $27,400.

The 3 that never happened are on this page on purpose. People book an estimate and then something comes up. If a page only shows you the clean part, do not believe it.

The work

What I handle.

01

Ad ideas

Up to four genuinely different ideas a month. How many we run depends on your daily budget. A small budget spread over ten ads teaches you nothing. Whatever the number is, they are different ideas. Not one ad in four colors.

02

Making the ads

Up to eight finished ads a month. I build most of them from photos and videos you already have. You may never film anything new. The writing, the editing and the uploading are mine.

03

The ad account

I build it and I am in it every day. I set up tracking too. That is what lets Meta see which ads made you money, not just which ones got clicks.

04

The form that filters

Before anyone can send you their number they answer a few questions. How big the job is, when they want it done, which zip code. People who are only looking stop at that screen.

05

Where the leads go

Every lead goes straight to the person who makes the calls. Their form answers are next to their name. Nobody has to log into Facebook to find out who asked, or what for. And the leads are only yours. I never sell them or share them with another company.

06

The follow up that goes out on its own

A new lead comes to your phone right away. The customer gets an email at the same time. It says you will call, and it has your name and number in it. An hour later you get one reminder. No robot talks to your customer. You do.

07

A landing page, if you need one

Sometimes the form inside Facebook is the right answer. A separate page would only make your leads cost more. When you do need a page, I build it from nothing. The form on it, and everything behind it. And I tell you plainly when you do not need one.

Included in every plan

You call them first.

A homeowner wants a price. They ask two or three companies the same night. The one who calls first usually gets the job.

But you only find out when you open your email.

So here is what I set up for you. It works from your first day. There is nothing for you to buy. There is nothing new to log into.

What happens today

  • A lead comes in
  • It goes into your email
  • You see it when you open your email
  • The customer does not hear anything

What happens with this

  • A lead comes in
  • Your phone buzzes right away
  • You know it is a lead before you even look
  • The customer gets an email that says you will call
01

The lead comes to your phone right away

It goes to any email you want. You pick which one. When your phone buzzes, you know it is a new lead.

02

The customer gets an email too

It says you will call them. It has your name and your phone number in it. So when you call, they know who you are.

03

One reminder, one hour later

One hour later you get a short reminder about that lead. It does not know if you called already. So it asks you one time and then it stops.

You pick which email it goes to

It can go to your normal email. That works fine. A separate email just for leads works better. Then your phone only buzzes when someone wants a price. It is your choice.

What I will not do

Some companies sell you a robot that calls your leads. I will not build you one. A person about to spend $12,000 is deciding if they trust you. They should hear your voice, not a machine.

This does not call anyone for you. It makes sure you know about the lead. And it makes sure the customer knows you are coming.

No robot talks to your customer. You do.

How I use AI

Tools do the fast parts. I check all of it.

I use AI and other tools for the fast, boring work. That leaves my time for your ads.

What the tools do

  • Make more versions of your ads, from photos of your own jobs
  • Get every new lead to your phone in seconds
  • Put your numbers together for your weekly report

What AI never does

  • It never calls your customers. You do
  • It never picks which ads run. I do
  • It never makes up a job you did not do. Every ad starts from a real photo of your work
  • It never counts your leads toward the number I promised. I count them by hand

How Meta works now

Three things changed, and almost nobody adjusted for them.

01

Meta picks the people. You pick the ad.

You do not really choose who sees your ads any more. Meta watches who stops for an ad, then goes and finds more people like them. So the ad is the targeting. Change the ad and you change who shows up.

02

One ad in four colors counts as one ad.

Meta puts nearly identical ads together and treats them as one thing. So take the ad that won last month and make four versions of it. Meta learns one thing from that, not four.

03

Nobody can pick the winner up front.

There is no way to know which idea will work before you run it. So you test a few. You keep the ones that work and you drop the rest. Then you do it again next month. The winner always wears out.

Background

Why me.

Nikola Krstin, who runs every Scallira account himself
Nikola KrstinYou deal with me. Not an account manager, and not a junior. Nobody else touches your account.
Ad → sale

I look at the whole path, from the ad to the sale.

I do not stop at the ads. I look at everything after them too. The form, how fast someone calls, and what happens at the estimate. If money leaks anywhere on that path, I show you where. In Arizona, most leads waited more than an hour for a first call. That is the kind of leak I look for.

168M

I got people to watch long before I got them to buy.

That is how many times a stranger stopped scrolling for something I made. Twelve years, and 600,000 subscribers. For most of those years I was not selling anything. So the only thing I could get better at was the first three seconds. Your ad gets the same three seconds. That is not a side skill in this job. It is the job. It is a gaming channel, so the topic is far from yours. The skill is the same: making a stranger stop in the first three seconds. See the channel.

MSc

I studied why people say yes, and I wrote my thesis on this exact thing.

My master’s is in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. My thesis was on the psychological triggers inside Meta ads. So I understand both sides. The homeowner who stops for an ad, and the owner who has to pick up the phone. Think about a homeowner about to spend twelve thousand dollars on a patio. He is not comparing your price to another price. He is wondering if he will look stupid in front of his wife when it goes wrong. That is why the ad that wins is almost never the one with the discount in it.

9.53x

I spent my own money on this before I spent anyone else’s.

$20,082 in, $191,309 out, 3,593 tracked sales. I paid for every test with my own money, before I ever charged a client for one.

A screenshot of my own Meta Ads Manager account, showing the money spent and the money that came back
This is my own Ads Manager. That account pays in euros. The euro numbers on the screen are the same money as the dollars above, at 1.08 to the dollar.

Fit

I turn work down, and here is when.

One company per trade in each area. If I take you, I have said no to the company across town. So we check your numbers together on the call, before either of us says yes to anything.

This works

  • Your finished work looks good in a photo. There is a before and after, or a result worth looking at
  • You want more work than you are getting, and your crews could handle it
  • Somebody at your company will call a new lead back the same day
  • The numbers add up. A $3,000 job means we need a lot of them. A $30,000 job means we need a few. Both can work. We do that math on the call, before you pay me anything

This does not

  • Emergency work. Nobody scrolls Instagram looking for a plumber at midnight. That is a Google job
  • You want leads but nobody is going to answer the phone. I will not sell you something you are not going to use
  • You want me to promise you a number of signed jobs. I will not, because I am not the one selling to your customer

seventeen things, and one price

One price. Here is everything you get for it.

You can buy this in two parts. One company runs your ads. Another company sells you software to chase your leads. Then you have to make the two of them work together. When something breaks, each one says it is the other one’s fault. With me there is one person, one price, and one number to call.

What I make

  • Up to four new ad ideas a month, and they are really different from each other
  • Up to eight finished ads a month. I write them, I edit them, I put them up
  • I use photos and videos you already have, so most months you film nothing
  • A landing page, built from nothing, if your numbers say you need one

What I build and run

  • Your ad account, built from scratch. I am in it every day
  • Tracking, so Meta can see which ads made you money, not just which ones got clicks
  • A form that asks a few questions before anyone can send you their number
  • One sheet where every lead lands, with their answers next to their name

What happens on its own

  • Every lead goes straight to the person who makes the calls
  • It is on your phone right away
  • The customer gets an email that says you will call, with your name and number in it
  • One reminder an hour later, and then it stops

What you get from me

  • A short written report every week
  • A call once a month, to go through what happened and what comes next
  • A number of good leads for ninety days, agreed with you and written down before you pay
  • Your area. I will not take another company in your trade there
  • The ad account is yours. If you ever leave, you keep all of it

There is no setup fee. There is nothing extra to buy. The account, the tracking, the form, the follow up and the first ads. All of that is inside your first month.

Pricing

What it costs.

You pay me at the start of each month. The first ninety days are the shortest run. After that it is month to month. The money for the ads goes to Meta from your own card.

One area

$2,500 / month

One city or one area. Yours alone. I will not take your competitor there.

  • For ad budgets from $2,500 to $5,000 a month
  • Up to 8 new ads a month, across 4 or more different ideas
  • I build the ad account and I work in it every day
  • The filtering form, and one live sheet where every lead lands with its answers
  • Every lead on your phone in seconds, and an email to the customer that says you will call
  • A landing page built from nothing, if your numbers say you need one
  • A short written report every week
  • Once a month we get on a call, and we go through how it is going

Bigger budget, or more areas

We talk

Two cities, a whole state, or more than $5,000 a month of ad money.

  • Everything in One area
  • More ads and more ideas each month, to match the budget
  • The price depends on the budget and the areas. We work it out together on the call

This starts to work from about $2,500 a month of ad money. That money goes to Meta from your own card. It never comes to me. If you cannot spend that right now, tell me anyway. I will tell you straight if it is worth starting.

There is no setup fee. You get the account, the tracking and the first set of ads inside your first month.

The guarantee

We agree how many good leads you get in ninety days, and I sign it.

1. We agree the number

On the call, before you sign anything. Based on your trade, your area, and what one job is worth to you. Not a number out of a brochure.

2. You get it in writing

Before you pay for a single month. You know the exact target before you decide anything.

3. I work for free if I miss it

Say the number is not there after ninety days. Then I keep running your ads for up to thirty more days. You pay me nothing to manage them. The ad money still goes to Meta from your card in that time.

That is not a discount. It is not credit against next month either. It means I keep working. You stop paying me, until the number we agreed is there.

Two things are on you, and they are written in the agreement. Keep the ad budget we agreed running, without stopping it. And call the leads back quickly. My job is to bring you people who want a price. Selling to them is your job. I cannot promise you sales that I am not the one making.

There is no lead number printed on this page, and that is on purpose. A business selling $4,000 jobs needs a different number than one selling $40,000 jobs. The Arizona number was 45 in ninety days, and he had 60 in five weeks. Yours will not be 45, unless your business looks a lot like his.

one time, five working days

The 5 Day Diagnostic

  • Every ad you are running, and every ad your three closest competitors are running, gone through one by one
  • What your competitors are promising homeowners, and what you could say instead that beats it
  • The whole path from the ad to the enquiry, walked end to end. Where people land, and how it behaves on a phone
  • Three ads written out in full. The script, what to say, what to show, shot by shot, so anyone on your team can make them without me
  • A ninety day plan. What to run, in what order, at what budget, what to watch, and when to leave it alone
  • A twenty minute video walking you through it, and a thirty minute call for anything else

If by day five I have not shown you at least three specific things that are costing you money right now, you get the full $1,500 back. You do not have to ask. You keep the document either way.

You are never charged for it twice. Do the diagnostic and then keep going, and the $1,500 comes off your first month. Or start a monthly plan right away. Then the diagnostic sits inside your first month and costs you nothing extra.

After you say yes

Your first month, week by week.

Day 1We set up my access to your ad account, or I build a new one. You send me photos and videos of jobs you finished.
Week 1I build the tracking, the form and the first ads. Your ads go live.
Weeks 2 to 4I test the ideas against each other and keep what works. You get a short report every week.
Day 30We get on a call. What worked, what did not, and what I change next.

Questions

What contractors ask me first.

How long until I see leads?

Your ads go live inside the first week. My last turf client in Arizona got his first lead on day one. His first estimate was held on day 19, and his first job was sold on day 22. Your trade, your area and your budget will change those days, so I will not promise you a date. Month one is for finding out which ad works.

Who pays Meta?

You do, straight from your own card. That money never passes through me. What you pay me is separate, and it is the number on this page.

How much ad money do I need?

About $2,500 a month to start. Below that, Meta does not get enough to learn from. And you would be paying me to watch a small budget. If you are under that today, tell me anyway. I will be honest about whether it is worth starting.

What happens if it does not work?

We agree a number of good leads for the first ninety days. I put that number in writing before you pay for a month. If the number is not there at the end, I keep running your ads for up to thirty more days. You pay me nothing to manage them. Two things are on you in that time. Keep the budget running, and call the leads back quickly.

Who actually calls the customer?

You do. Or whoever on your team makes the calls. I do not put a robot on the phone with your customer. My job is to make sure you know about the lead right away. And to make sure the customer knows you are going to call.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. I work inside it with partner access. If you ever leave, everything stays with you. The account, the ads and all the data.

Are the leads shared with other companies?

No. Some lead sites sell the same lead to several companies at once. The people who fill in your form asked you, and only you.

Do you use AI?

Yes, for the fast parts. It helps me make more versions of your ads from your own photos. But I pick every ad that runs, and you talk to every customer. No robot calls anyone.

What do I get besides the ads?

The ad account, and the tracking inside it. A form that stops people who are only looking. One sheet where every lead lands, with their answers next to their name. Every lead goes straight to the person who makes the calls. The customer gets an email that says you will call. You get one reminder an hour later. A landing page, if your numbers say you need one. A written report. And a call once a month.

Do I have to film anything?

Most of the time, no. I build the ads from photos and videos you already have, from jobs you finished. If we do need something new, I write the script and the shot list for you. Then you film about two hours on your phone. You can spread it over the whole month.

Why is the diagnostic $1,500 if you give the money back?

Because it is five working days of real work. By day five I have to show you at least three specific things that are costing you money right now. If I do not, you get the full $1,500 back. You do not have to ask.

Will you work with my competitor?

No. One company per trade in each area. If I take you, I have said no to the company across town. That is also why I turn work down.

What do I get every week?

A short written report with plain numbers. Once a month we get on a call. We go through what happened, what I changed, and what comes next.

Is the follow up another thing I have to pay for?

No. There is nothing extra to buy. There is nothing new to log into. It is part of what you already pay me. I set it up in your first month.

Are you in America?

No. I am in Novi Sad, Serbia. My clients are in America. I answer email within one working day, and I take calls in your hours, not mine.

Can I stop?

Yes, after the first ninety days. Ninety days is the shortest run that gives the ads a fair test. After that it is month to month, and you can stop whenever you want.

See if your area is still open.

Tell me your trade and where you work. If it is not a good fit, I will say so. That is the whole reply.

  1. 1I read it myself, within one working day.
  2. 2If your area is open, we book a short call at a time that suits you.
  3. 3On the call we do the math with your own numbers. If it does not add up, I tell you.
Or just email me
